Faced with incredible danger, and thrust into circumstances beyond their control, two teens meet when they both witness a murder at the beach. Devon Trent, a handsome high school senior and track star, comes to the rescue of a beautiful young girl, Tracy, who has run away from her mother and abusive stepfather in San Francisco.
The two develop a tender and poignant love for each other, that is challenged by every circumstance in their lives. Bravely, Devon & Tracy learn the true meaning of love and self-sacrifice, as they face incredible odds to be together. They are destined to spend eternity together, forever linked by their love, AND their love and caring for others.
Painted with the golden sunrises of an unspoiled South Florida beach community in `72, "BOCA" features a soundtrack just as exemplary of the late 60's and early 70's as the "American Graffiti" soundtrack was representative of the late 50's and early 60's.
